So we signed on to skype yesterday. Unfortunately we can only use the computers in the sop room so it gets a bit funny talking to people when people are doing homework etc but its good - a good way to see people from far away...
The unfortunate thing is that I think our connection on the base sucks sometimes so our faces getting mangled around and the speech is all blurred...anyways, it was fun today - talked to mar and maya and aids - although aids was more like charades??? man, that is a complicated word - don't tell my students about why that word is spelled that way...
So anyways, we'll try to be on from around 3 pm till late - our time so 4 hours behind winnipeg so figure it out - when it's 3, it's 7 in winnipeg.
