Oh Apple....

So I don't know why - but sometimes lately, we have gotten into the same situations but with different companies. To expand, we got our macbook but never got any verification of the purchase - it was supposed to be emailed to us but it never came. So we called, we emailed and again and again and still haven't gotten it. It's frustrating - each day I'm calling or emailing someone to send out something - just in case something goes wrong and we need some sort of reciept. Wierd, though...why is it so complicated???...

That's my peev right now - how big customer service places aren't that great at exactly what their job is.
