End of May Update

OH my goodness...I guess I should update you guys on what is going on.

So we have 1 month left.  We have moved from our vacation spot where we were for over a month and back to the base.  It's been a bit of a challenge being back but we are surviving slowly but surely.  It's great for Dust because there is a better place for him to skate instead of sitting inside all day but I love not being on base so its not as great for me.
Either way, we are here.  This next week will be the 2nd last week teaching - it really ends quickly.  Our leader is leaving before the quarter is over so things are ending a bit earlier than usual so thats also a bit crazy.
Right now our official quarter end date is June 24th - wednesday.  We will be finishing teaching and onto our last testing starting June 18th so that's coming fast.  We have a ton of fun things planned for our students too - in those couple of weeks.  We will be doing a small 'around the island' trip, a coffee farm day, as well as our Love Feast.
We are officially flying home on June 30th and I'll tell you a bit about our plans after.
We are hoping to get to Portland, OR by January to kind of nanny for my bro and sis-in-law as well as get a job for one of us.  This creates a bit of a problem with Dustin - we need to get Dustin his green card or whatever it is for the US so that he can work and stay longer than 6 months but we're not sure yet as to what that requires and we need to figure that out before January.
Also, the time from the end of June to January, we will hopefully be trying to find jobs and housing so that we can head out with some cash.  Unfortunately, the housing market isn't all that great - especially price-wise and the jobs are slim it seems - so we could definitely use your prayer on that.
So there are a lot of questions - and yes, those come when we take another leap somewhere else but please pray that we will trust God with our future - it seems to constantly be changing but we're hoping that we end up where we would like to be, there just may be some pit-stops along the way.
Thanks everyone for making these 6 months possible - and we will push through the last month knowing that this is for now, where we are supposed to be.
